We dont charge postage on any order delivered within the UK. We aim to deliver all orders to any address within the UK normally within 4-6 days of the order date. If the items are unobtainable or temporarily out of stock we will contact you to advise of the delay or suggest an alternative item.

Returns

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations we are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they dont fit or if you have ordered the wrong thing. These returns are subject to a minimum restocking charge of £2.00. Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 7 working days of delivery. Please check your items as soon as possible after receipt.

Isca Outdoor is UK based and complies with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations. The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
